This extended warranty extends the coverage beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty by an additional year, providing an extra level of protection for your Azeron.The coverage period for this Plan commences on the date of delivery and extends for an additional one year beyond the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. Plan coverage remains in effect throughout the duration of Your term, unless cancelled or fulfilled.

1 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The conditions below describe the terms and scope of our 1 year extended warranty.
Please note that purchase of the warranty for the extended warranty period is optional. Extended Warranty must be purchased at the same time as your main product. Payment is non-refundable.
Coverage Area:
This extended warranty is available for customers residing within the Japan.
Coverage Duration
This extended warranty extends the coverage beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty by an additional year, providing an extra level of protection for your Azeron.
The coverage period for this Plan commences on the date of delivery and extends for an additional one year beyond the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty.
Plan coverage remains in effect throughout the duration of Your term, unless cancelled or fulfilled.
Coverage Exclusions
Accidental damage, which encompasses the following, is not covered:
- Spills, drops, or other physical damages.
- Damage resulting from misuse, deliberate or intentional actions.
- Breakdowns caused by the introduction of foreign objects or infestation by insects.
- Surface blemishes like scratches, peeling, or dents that do not impair the mechanical functionality of the covered product (unless stated otherwise).
- Damages resulting from natural disasters or actions by third parties, such as fire, collision, vandalism, theft, war, invasion, or hostile actions by foreign entities, riot, strike, labour disturbance, or civil unrest.
- Indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to business loss, profit loss, damage or loss of data or operating systems, downtime, charges for time and effort, responsibility for damage to property, or harm to individuals or pets due to the operation, maintenance, or use of the product.
Mechanical Failures This extended warranty provides coverage for any mechanical failures that may occur with your keyboard during the specified term. This includes issues such as keys not registering, unresponsive keys, or other mechanical malfunctions.
Electrical Failures This extended warranty offers protection against electrical failures that may occur with your keyboard during the specified term. This includes issues related to connectivity, power supply, or other electrical components.
Software Malfunctions This extended warranty provides coverage for any software malfunctions that may occur with your keyboard during the specified term. This includes issues related to firmware updates, driver problems, or other software-related issues.
Component Replacement This extended warranty includes coverage for component replacement, ensuring that specific components of your keyboard, such as switches, keys, or the USB port, PCB board, are protected. In the event of component failure, we will provide the necessary replacement parts to maintain the performance and functionality of your keyboard.
Repair or Replacement Guarantee In the event of a component failure, we provide replacement parts along with comprehensive guides for self-repair. However, we understand that not everyone may feel comfortable performing the replacement themselves. In such cases, we also offer the option to arrange for a professional repair at our factory.
No Deductibles or Hidden Fees
This extended warranty comes with a guarantee of no deductibles or hidden fees.
Transfer Terms
This Plan may be transferred to a subsequent owner of the product at no additional charge. To transfer the warranty please email us on info [at] azeron [dot] eu, include the order number, date of transfer, and the new owner’s name, complete address and telephone number.
Warranty Repairs or Exchange
Return process -
- To begin the return process, please send us an email at info [at] azeron [dot] eu, and we will provide you with return instructions. It's essential to obtain prior authorization from Azeron support before sending any product back.
- Take photos before shipping in case it arrives damaged, should you need to make a claim against courier provider;
- Save your profile files on any other suitable storage as when a keypad is returned to us, the first thing we do is perform full factory reset;
- Pack it in a box, not a soft parcel or big envelope (we've had those as well);
- Make sure the product in the box is safe from damages during transportation.
