Shipping policy

Azeron SIA uses FedEx and DHL for domestic and international delivery. We utilize both land deliveries and Express shipment options, shipping worldwide directly from Latvia. Shipping prices vary depending on your location and are calculated on the Checkout page.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout after you enter your destination details. Please note that shipping times are estimates that commence from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and may be affected by customs clearance procedures or peak holiday periods.

  • FedEx International Economy®: European Union (3-5 working days) | Rest of world (4-10 working days)

  • FedEx International Priority®: European Union (1-3 working days) | Rest of world (2-6 working days)

  • DHL Economy: European Union (3-5 working days) | Rest of world (4-10 working days)

  • DHL Express: European Union (1-3 working days) | Rest of world (2-7 working days)

Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery and smooth customs clearance, you must provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order:

  • ✅ Full Name

  • ✅ Correct and Valid Phone Number

  • ✅ Complete Address (including postal code and any relevant delivery details)

  • ✅ Correct Email Address

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. We provide your delivery information to the courier exactly as it is received at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)

If your shipping destination is outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to customs, taxes, and import duties levied by your local government.

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For shipments where we collect an advance import fee deposit or VAT at checkout, the order is shipped DDP. We will take care of the fees and related matters, and your package will be delivered directly to your door without any additional payments upon arrival.

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): If import fees are not collected at checkout, we do not cover customs and duty fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The courier company will manage the shipment while it is in transit and navigate it through the customs clearance process. Please be aware that the courier may charge an additional brokerage or administration fee for this service.

Refused Parcels: If you refuse to pay the imposed taxes/duties, or if the product is returned to us due to the absence of the recipient, the full return shipping fee will be deducted from your original refund.

Tracking and Receiving Your Order

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link directing you to the courier’s website.

Please be aware that our service is not a "named delivery" service; anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your package. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a multi-tenant building (for example, an office address or apartment reception).

A Note on Our 3D-Printed Keypads

Because the Azeron keypad is assembled from 3D-printed parts, you might unpack your box to find a button temporarily stuck, or a screw slightly looser/tighter than it should be. There is nothing to worry about. This is not a defect; it occasionally happens as a result of vibrations and temperature fluctuations during transportation. It is an easy fix that usually requires only a minor adjustment.
